Payment & Return Policy

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to complete your purchase.

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the size and requirements of the item.

Returns & Refunds

Each vintage piece is carefully selected for its unique character and history. Because of the nature of vintage items, services, and digital products, all are final sale and non-refundable.

Returns on new (non-vintage) merchandise are accepted within 10 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Custom orders, special orders, and vintage items are excluded from this policy.

Please contact Vintage Rose Collection prior to returning any item so we can assist you with the process. Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable. For your protection, returned items should be insured for their full value during transit.

Privacy Policy

Vintage Rose Collection collects customer information to process your order. We use the order information to fulfill any orders placed through the Vintage Rose Collection website (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations. The information you provide with Vintage Rose Collection will never be given to any third party without your permission. Shipping Exception: if you have ordered Jo-Anne Coletti's note cards or books, your order is shipped directly from the printer.
