We accept All major credit cards and E checks thru Paypal. Money orders and checks also welcome for those that prefer not to use a credit card. 
Payment policy~Payments are due at time of purchase thru paypal or e-checks. Vintage Finds Purchases are held for 24 hrs. only, thereafter offered to the next interested buyer. Please be sure to include your full name, shipping address at time of purchase. Customers preferring to send a check or money order, payments must be received within 7 days of purchase. If paying with a check or money order and payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be re-listed back into our inventory and once again for sale. Thank you for your understanding.

We ship once a week via UPS, Fed-Ex Ground and US Priority Mail for items that meet size requirements. We only ship to the US.

 We do not ship on Weekends and Holidays.

Custom Orders- All custom hand painted orders are non-refundable and require a 50% deposit. Because each item is a one of a kind original and  painted especially for you, we'll only be able to give you an approximate completion date. Your order will be handled in the order it was received.

Vintage Finds  are non-refundable.

Return Policy- We take pride in each piece we offer to you and while we are confident that you will cherish your purchase for years to come, Returns are welcomed with authorization within 10 days of purchase if  for any reason you are not satisfied. Custom/Special orders and Vintage items are not included in this return policy. Sorry, we are unable to credit shipping/ or return shipping  fees.
Please contact Vintage Rose Collection  for an authorization code on all returns before shipment to insure that  your return is handled properly. Returns cannot be accepted without an authorization code. Items returned for credit must be undamaged and in original packaging  for a full refund of your purchase. Insurance is a requirement for the full value of your return.
